Area II encompasses a large and diverse swath of California. Stretching from the Sacramento Valley up past Mount Shasta to the Oregon border and over to the Sierras, the Area still manages to pull together retired teachers into a close-knit community.
They are committed to making CalRTA a strong force to protect and enhance the pensions of retired teachers and ensure that educators keep the retirement that they have earned through their service in the classroom.
When you are a member of CalRTA in Area II, you are part of a large, supportive network of retired educators who are united in a variety of common causes.
